Refund Policy
無憂無慮的退款政策
所有2024年的CASE電影與藝術學校團：
如果因為COVID-19疫情而導致無法出團，Actura將提供全額退費的選項。將即時通告報名之家長並在八週後開始退還款項。
若是自行取消報名，依視為正常解約流程。
正常解約流程
報名截止日前解約則退回訂金全額（NT$20,000）。
若在報名截止後，在家長合約簽訂期限前解約，退訂50%（NT$10,000）。
若在家長合約簽訂期限後解約，請參考合約中的退款政策細項條款。
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all CASE Film&Arts School 2024 expeditions:
If Actura is unable to proceed with the scheduled Space School expedition due to COVID-19, a full refund of all monies paid by the parents will be provided by Actura within 8 weeks from the date of the decision being made and communicated.
If a participant chooses to cancel their place on the scheduled Space School expedition, Actura’s standard refund policy will apply.
Standard Refund Policy
Full refund of NT$20,000 deposit is applicable if written notice of withdrawal is received by the Expression of Interest closing date.
50% refund of NT$20,000 deposit is applicable if written notice of withdrawal is received by the due date of the signed agreement.
Any later requests for refund are as per the terms and conditions in the parent agreement.
